How to address questions and concerns

If you have questions or concerns about iNSchool - including PowerSchool/ PowerTeacher & TIENET - please start by following these steps:
STEP 1 - If you have questions, click on TEACHERS & SCHOOLS STAFF on your left. You'll find user guides, videos and other useful resources. STEP 2 - If you can't find what you need or still have questions or concerns, contact a member of your school's lead team. STEP 3 - If need be, your lead team member or school administrator will contact a member of your school board's SIS team on your behalf. STEP 4 - A Provincial Coordination Team -made up of reps from all 8 school boards, the Dept of Education and software specialists -provides further support.
